Cancellations, Reschedules and Late Policies listed below are in effect starting September 1, 2024, for current clients and are in full effect now for new clients. While we understand things happen, this is our livelihood and missed appointments can result in us not being able to cover an important expense. Each of our stylists are self employed and this is their job. The start of this new policy is to protect them and their dependent on income. Please understand your appointments are very important to us and we understand sometimes you need to cancel/reschedule last minute, in this case, we will try to work with you.** Allowing a more than 24-hour grace period gives us time to fill your spot with someone on our waiting lists. (48-hour grace period for Massages) Your appointments are your responsibility to remember in order to avoid these fees. We do provide appointment reminder cards and our system does send 24-hour notice reminders. However, these are automatic and computers can glitch and mess them up so they should not be solely depended on. You are also always welcome to call and double-check your appointment, if we don’t answer a voicemail will always be heard and returned.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
1st time cancellation/reschedule is made within 24 hours (48 for Massage) of your appointment time, and you will be charged 50% of that missed service at the time of booking your next appointment. 2nd time, you will be required to pay 100% of that missed service at the time of cancellation/rescheduling. Anytime thereafter, you will be required to pay 50% of all scheduled services before scheduling.
No-Show Policy
1st no-show will be charged 100% of the missed appointment before being able to schedule your next appointment. Anytime thereafter, you will be required to pay 100% of all scheduled services before scheduling.
Late Policy
If you are 10 min or more late to your appointment, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will have to follow the cancellation/reschedule policy.
